I have a question about Steam turbine performance test code (ASME PTC 6 vs DIN1943).
I am not familiar with DIN. We do not have contractual requirement to follow one over the other.

1.If OEM prefers DIN, would it be possible to accept? what are the fundamental difference and risk vs benefit? Any difference in uncertainty allowance?

2. We also have HRSG in that project which will follow ASME PTC 4.4. In such case, if steam turbine would follow DIN, any issue of results interpretations/coordination between two individual equipment.

BTW, this is not the complete Combined cycle project but simple cycle to combined cycle conversion.

Thanks a lot in advance!
