Steel and Hollow Core Plank "Girder-Slab" Construction

Our office is considering the "Girder-Slab" system for a condominium project. Has anyone used this system or designed the steel for this system? I am looking for feedback and professional experiences regarding the design, construction, and use of this system.

We are allowing girder-slab as an "alternate" to a conventional steel hollowcore project. The girder slab alternate will have to the engineered by others.
