Steel call out on drawing 1

I'm having trouble finding this for one of my customers and a material call out they need for a washer.They are requesting SPC590 for the part. They were using DC01-C490 but changed the spec to a SPC590. My manufacture has no idea what the spec is and I need an answer to clarify my manufacturer as well as my customer.Any ideas anyone

SPC 590 is a partial designation from Japanese-based steel standards.

S = steel
P = plate (actually sheet, while other forms would be bar, wire, tube, etc.)
C = cold rolled
590 = minimum ultimate tensile strength in MPa

DC01 is a partial designation from Euronorm steel standards.

D = flat products for cold forming
C = cold rolled
01 = code for mechanical properties

You need to obtain full specifications of the materials to move forward.

The real designation is SPFC590 according to JIS G 3135. As CoryPad mentioned it is a high yield strength steel typically used in automotive forming. JFE Steel is a Japanese producer of this type of steel (their version is called JFE-CA590). Check out pages 5-9 of the following .pdf file for more information:
