Steel Equivalent Grades

Hi All,

I am looking for equivalent grades for forged billets of the following grades:

40Cr4B, 40Cr4C, 42Cr4Mo2, 42Cr4Mo2H, 45C8, 815M17 (mod) H, S48C

If nyone of you might know a site where I might get grade comparison of steel BS,DIN,JIS,SAE etc.
