MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT A 1/16 TH INCH CLEARANCE IS TO BE ASSIGN TO OVERALL LENGTHS OF STEEL BEAMS FITTED W/ CLIPS . WITH HIGH RISE STRUCTURES DOES THAT CLEARANCE INCREASE SO A TO PULL IN THE COLUMNS A LITTLE MORE OR IS THE 1/16 TH INCH CLEARANCE STILL MAINTAINED AS ERECTION PROGRESS UPWARD?
