Steel Flat-Plate Design

Hello,

I have a simple plate supported (not fixed) along all four edges. I have a small distributed located in the center of the plate. Does anyone one know where I can get simple plate software OR know where I can get design tables that can analyize and give reasable stress & deflection results for this plate?

I think most FEA packages will do this. I did something similar on RISA a few years ago.
