I want some information about the problem that should be cosidered in steel making. (Coils for Pipes)

How do we improve the quality of the steel plates

what is the problem that should be cosidered if we are buying steel from steel makers?

Your question is too vague. Welded pipe has been made from skelp for decades. Are you manufacturing pipe from skelp purchased from another steel manufacturer? How are you manufacturing the pipe? Electric fusion welding? Electric resistance welding? What are the requirements for the end product? What are the pipe specifications/grades that you will be manufacturing? Do you need to issue procurement specifications for the skelp that limit lamination, nonmetallic inclusions, edge imperfections, etc?
