Steel plate design propped cantilever

Hello guys, I was trying to analysis a steel plate with thickness 30 mm, in the transverse direction there is no support and its spaning 100m, but in another directions its one end is welded an another end is resting on another structure, a point load of 100kN is coming on it, if anyone can help in design?

Check your figures . You may design using FEM or using moment coefficients.

"Spanning 100m" doesn't agree with the sketch.

For a steel plate, you could use yield line theory.
