Steel rebar tensile strength testing

Can any one please tell me how to get the length of steel rebar specimen required to test the tensile strength according to ASTM A370. I cant get my hands on the code. therefore please help

Best to contact your testing lab to check what machine grips they use and the gauge length for elongation so you can then determine sample length.
