I'm looking for properties of steel sheet pile corner sections that will fit PZ22 sheet piling. Googling appears to be a bust (why is that?). So far I've found reference to RC230 which looks like it might work but I cannot read the text on the source. I've also found the extruded corner pieces (PZ90) which look like a good bet but would like to compare with available rolled sections anyway.

Thanks for any and all help. (Note: I posted same q. in Geo-earth retention forum.)

PEinc, my duplicate posting (earth retention forum) has disappeared. I take it that's because duplicate posting is not permitted. My apologies to all for wasting your time. If you have some additional information in response to my question, could you please post it here?

Thanks.

Is this for temporary of permanent works? Always for temporary works I would fabricate corner sections on site. Also usually for permanent works assuming that there is no aesthetic reason why not.

I believe the sky line corners are fabricated corners. I have not been able to get RC230 foe many years. They have been replaced with Pile Pro Connectors or fabricated sheets.

Zambo and DRC1, Thank you for responding. The works are temporary (although the piles will be cut off and left in place, used as forms for concrete. Space is tight and the question came up regarding our options to minimize the dimensions of the excavation. I believe the PZ90 connector will be the way to go but we're comparing costs and options just the same.

Thanks again.

I'd be surprised if the PZ90 is cheaper than the 4" wide, cut and weld corner.
