If there is recycling system for steel shot like this one for example:

As you know the dust and small particles will be separated from the steel shot abrasive ( required size ) which will be reused.

Dust and unwanted particles will be stored in dust collector.

Will be there small sizes of steel shots mixed with dust in the dust collector? How it can be handled for disposal. Is it possible for example to use magnatic system to remove steel metal from dust then the metal sold to scrap companies for example for recycling??

Yes there is , and you have just shown a good example. Another company is Almost all of these machines use both air classification and Magnetic separation to remove steel particles from paint scraps. The goal being to utilize the steel shot or grit until it is too degraded for further use, the re cycle it with the scrap steel particles. Yes you will have small steel particles entrapped with the paint flakes and other trash removed from the part being abraded. The most common method of separating this is a rotary magnetic pickup with a scraper blade.

You are judged not by what you know, but by what you can do.
