does anyone know the steel to lead equivalent for radiation shielding based on high voly\tage electron beam?

Shielding an electron beam doesn't require any great thickness -- you must make sure the metal is thick enough to conduct the heat away -- on the other hand the inpact
of high speed E-beam generates X-rays which may require much thicker shielding.

But its the xrays I'm shielding, not the heat. And its all dependent on KV.
