I was using the performance trends suspension analyzer and have become very familiar with this program. I was using it for some simple steering and suspension design for our university's mini baja program, but now they have gotten some new computers and no longer have the program. my question is are there any free/trial or cheap suspension programs that would be good for my needs. or any just simple excel files that i could use to minimize my bump steer and adjust for ackerman. thank you

I know a negative answer is not much help, but no, I don't know of a free program to do that.

Of the cheap ones have a look at susprog3d

However, you could use wishbone.bas and work out the Ackerman correction yourself. See the FAQ for the suspension forum.
