Anyone having a Descriptive Procedure on Stelliting, can you please show me the way?

Recommended for you

Stellite is normally applied with TIG welding, or spray coatings. The weld procedure would depend on the thickness and alloy content of the base metal it is being applied to. You may need to develop your own weld procedures, or hire a contractor.

Stellite is a tradename for CoCr or CrCo alloys used in various applications. I have applied the material with SMAW, GTAW, and OFW. The various grades of stellite will have varying characteristics ad application techniques.
