OK, so I've worked out how to use ProBatch to export parts & assemblies to STEP format!!
But, how do I stop ProBatch from exporting "Datum Curves and Points" ? Does anyone know of a Config.pro setting?
It is easy enough to do in ProE by unchecking the option in the Export STEP dialogue window.
The reason to stop the "curves and points" being exported, is that when you import the STEP assemblies, you get additional parts that only contain these curves and points.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
