Stepper motor flow control valve (Fast)

Hello,

This is my first post here I'm hoping some bright and experienced mind can help me with my search.
I'm looking for a valve that can behave similar to the valve in this video.

I expect to use it for flow control of gas, similar application.

There once was an Olsen valve, a stepper valve, designed by Zenny Olsen. The patent was acquired by Victory Controls.
I did a search and found old information using "Olsen valve victory control"
The patent is listed.
However, I didn't see anything recent.
You may be able to find old stepper valves on E-Bay.
I used one once about 20 years ago.
