Does anyone know of any way to get SolidWorks to do stick font (for easy translation into MasterCAM)?

Just for clarification, stick font uses only straight lines. Think of an old school calculator and the way it displayed numbers and letters.

Thanks

SW uses Windows fonts, so if you can find a windwos font that suports stick then you are good, but I don't know of any... Have you tried using hte wrap feature with a thin font to see if that fixes the issue?

The following is a Google listing
[PDF] Mastercam Version 9 Mill/Design Tutorial (metric)
File Format: PDF/Adobe Acrobat
Text style. Mastercam fonts include Stick, Roman,....

Mastercam has Text 3D which you may be able to use.

Do a Google search for a font called CAMWorks.ttf . We currently are using not only CamWorks but MaterCAM within our business and use this font sucsessfully. Plus it makes the model simpler by not adding a fairly complex extrusion or cut extrusion to the solid and only having a sketch.
