Stiffness Matrix for Quadrilateral Shear Panel (Non-Rectangular)

Hi,

Can anyone provide a source or information on a general form of stiffness matrix for a trapezoidal or any quadrilateral shear panel?

I have been using matrix displacement method to analysis a rectangular panel (Curtis, 2000) but I am stuck on translating this method to a non rectangular panel.
