Stop before collision

Hi,

in nx7 trying to move part (manualy reposition) with the collision action setting "stop before colission". But actually my part stops long before another part (see attached). The shortest distance between stopped and closest part is more the 50mm, so it is not incrementel step distance. Is there any setting for "shortest collision distance"?

In your screen capture image, just above the "stop before collision" option, there is a "Motion Animation" slider control that is currently set to extreme right-hand "Coarse" position. Set the slider to the left-hand "Fine" position and the component will not stop so far away from the collision. Also, when dragging the component, faster motion leaves more separation space than slower motions when near the collision location.
