Storage Tank Code References

I have been discussing starting a new working relationship with the engineering manager for an oil & gas company where I would be designing foundations for storage tanks constructed of all materials holding water & hazardous/non-hazardous materials. I am somewhat familiar with ACI 350, but was wondering if there was a 'catch all' for storage tank design references. For example, with building structures, I can go the IBC and it will reference ASCE-7, ACI-318, AISC, etc. where I can find all relevant code requirements for anything I am designing. Basically, if I didn't know where to find something, I could start in the IBC and work my way down to the reference or design guide necessary for the topic at hand. Is there anything like this for storage tanks?

For most oil and gas storage tanks are design API 650. This is for atmospheric tanks. This standard covers the design and construction of the tanks and has recommendations for the design of the foundation. Anchorage of the tanks will be covered by the building code usually. Also, PIP (Process Industry Practices) is a common reference used in petrochemical plants. PIP STE03020 "Guidelines for Tank Foundation Designs" covers most applicable requirements for storage tanks including referenced standards.

For water tanks, look at AWWA D-100 (welded) and AWWA D-103 (bolted).
