This is in response to thread162-211522.
Don't know whether that above thread was resolved, but in response to what Stormshed computes, we have outlined it in a spreadsheet at:
We made it simple and used the hydraulic parametes out of Chow for hydraulic radius and area at each depth. Pipe full for a 36 inch diameter cmp at 0.0024 ft/ft is 17.74 cfs. We have to assume that the other program's value of 32+ cfs was under pressure conditions, not gravity flow.
