stp to prt conversion 1

I am on an old license server alacart instead of Mach bundles I can not open stp files and need this vendor file for an assembly does any one know of a free convert tool or if any one wants to turn it in to a parasoild real quick that would be great thanks

Thanks guys I did contact siemens and they suggested another cad software for the temp workaround I have been working on trying to get us up to date gtac was as surprised as i was that we still use alacart
