Hi,
Here is our fuel gas strainer deposit analysis,Problem we are facing frequent strainer and burner plugging.I would like to know how we can eliminate this problem.Deposited material is like white (ash) color powder. small typing on strainer also reduce "Delta P" but burner plugging is very swear.

You describe it as a white ash and the breakdown describes it as having a black appearance. Can you explain?

Hi,
The deposited material are on fuel gas strainer and fuel gas is refinery fuel gas. Main content is 50% H2, (H2S also present) and almost 3% olefin's in this gas.
I want to know from experience persons is this treatment problem or piping material problem (our case piping is CS)?
Thanks

You cant deposit "fuel gas" on your strainer. Most of you deposit is iron so maybe its a corrosion product e.g. FeS? If you pour HCl on the powder and smell H2S then its most likely the case.

Best regards
