stray current corrosion in cars 2

I am looking for articles about this subject. I am aware of stray current corrosion of underground structures, but have little information in automobiles. I searched engineering index but got nothing. Thank you.

Probably because it's mostly rubbish.

I've seen it happen on modified vehicles that used the engine coolant as a heat source for other systems, and had poor grounding of those other system's electrical wiring.

btb is right on, you need an electrolyte.
In the earth that is wet soil, but there is no similar issue in cars unless you have voltage differences across the cooling system.
