How to deal with the stress near a gross discontinuity, usign Linearized method for a 3D pressure vesell nozzel model (software pro/mechanical.

Having a nozzel shell interception under internal pressure, how to identify the classification lines, knowing that the inside surface radius is produccing a hight stress concentration, What happen with this stress.
