Stress Severity Factor Concept

Hello I am looking for a paper titled "Optimum Design of Joints: The Stress Severity Factor Concept" By Jarfall, Lars. I know it is discussed in Niu but I would like a copy of the original paper and I can't seem to find it any where on the internet. Any help would be much appreciated.
