Dears,
I am looking for Stress Strain data points or approximation of the tangent modulus of elasticity after yielding for Steel Casting material with yield strength of 60,000 psi and tensile strength of 90,000 psi to use for my elastic plastic finite element analysis.
Could these stress strain data be obtained from an empirical relation?
Thanks for your help.

Search on MatWeb.com or in mechanical handbooks. You can assume last point of ss curve as tensile strength of 90,000 psi vs 10% or 20% elongation. There is a role of thumb to calculate tangent modulus as E/100, or even assume Et as zero (Prandtl Diagramm) - this method will give conservative results.
