Stress tool software for EN1991-4 silo eurocode

started using STRESS TOOL SOFTWARE, found it in internet. What is interesting sigma0 please find picture below. What exactly it means and where from to take value. I get that it correlate with density but would like to know exactly. Anyone use this software and knows?

It seems to be a value that determines the extent of self compaction. Likely the young's modulus of the bulk material. (I haven't explicitly checked but the formula is there, just hover your mouse..)
