Stresses on boundary elements

hi everyone

I'm new here and also in using abaqus
I've modeled a planar plate (S4R shell element) with boundaries ( 3noded beam element) at four edges of plate. Boundaries constrained to plate with tie. Assembly subjected to lateral concentrated load so infill plate acts in pure shear. After running riks analysis I wanna extract stresses on boundaries or plate edges, but I don't know how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
