can anybody will tell me how to calculate stoking time for ball valves using pneumatic actuator.

What is your real problem? Do you need to size an actuator, or to get the actuator to act as fast as possible or as slow as possible or be as accurate as possible in repetition or other?

If you give a bit more details, advice can be added to the general comments in the thread given by hsbcn.
