Hi,
using G parameter in simulation option is good way to include structural damping in forced oscillation analysis (SOL108 or SOL111, Enforced Motion Load)?
I'm modelling only one object (sonotrode designed to work in resonance range).
In the material library Structural Damping coefficient paremeter is empty and I can't modify it. So can I use 'G' parameter instead of this?
When it isn't definied I should get infinite values of amplitude while my sonotrode is oscillating in resonance. I don't understand if there is any other damping included on start?
