Structural Slab(s): General Construction Info?

I am looking for a table, software or other information on the placement of grade beams and/or support walls below the slab. Max width/length, Max sq footage, etc.

I think you need to give out some more information - "structural slabs" are slabs that span from one support to another - in your question, you speak of "grade beams" - what sort of project/application do you have?
