Idea on how to improve a building, Here's the case : The building was originally designed for a 2 storey building but you added 2 more 2floors so it become a 4 storey building and by then cracks appear in different location in the columns and beams. So what possible solution shall be applied? how to retrofit this kind of structure?

This is an extremely dangerous situation.
Without a full and careful analysis, the best method may be to remove the upper two floors and repair the damage already done to the lower floors. Cracks and deformations may be the result of upper floor loads alone, or a combination of upper floor load and foundation movements. It is obvious that you must somehow reinforce the lower structure and possibly the foundations as well.
Keep everyone out of the structure and contact a competent structural engineer immediately.
