I am writing a Finite Element Program for bridges slab (i.e. skewed and rectangular). I need the Finite Element formulae for woking out my moments and etc. (i.e. Mx, My and Mxy). - Does anyone know of the web site that could give the formulae or a worked out example.

I was involved in finite elements software for suspended slabs. What exactly you are after: stiffness matrix, complete solution, or something else. If you are more precise, I maybe able to help you.
