Here is offshore oil field, wellstream oil (water cut :93%) contain higt h2s(1%) and SRB (10-100 per ml), and about 40ppm co2. after 5 years production, our process (FPSO) got lots of leaking at pipeline and valve, specially produce water line . we inject 30ppm corrosion inhibitor to downhole,and everymonth SRB treatment by biocide.

Can you give some information or suggestion about anti-corrosin of produce water pipeline in h2s enviroment.

how to assess the structure corrosion of platform(FPS) and FPSO at offshore oil field?

I would appreciate if the available information will cover structure corrosion and anti-corrosion of pipeline.
