Structures office

I found some links to a package called 'Structures Office' and have downloaded one of it's applications called 'Compact Sections Analysis'
It opens and I get the users interface but it needs a license. I tried the links to get one but they appear to be dead. It won't allow me to create a new section and all the buttons are greyed out.

I'm wondering if this software is still available. The download page says it is not supported any more but I'm hoping there is still a way to get a license.

Has anyone succeeded in installing this software recently or has any ideas on how I can make it run?

Any help is very welcome.
