Student requires assistance of degree qualified engineer

I am currently studying for an Associate Diploma in Engineering Technology. I currently have the task of interviewing an engineer and writing a report on that engineers qualifications and most recent projects. There are only 8 questions I need answered and they range from what qualifications you hold to what was the most recent materials related problem that required your management or engineering input.
