Style 173-139 Fiberglass

Does anyone have any information on Style 173-139 Fiberglass? It is used quite a bit in the construction of components of the DHC-6 Twin Otter, however due to the age of the aircraft information is no longer available on the properties of this glass. Any suggestions as to where I can find info on this glass?
