Subroutine problem 1

Hi,

I am running subroutine but the Job is always aborted, showing that "Problem during compilation“ like:

the abaqus subroutine verificaion shows ”pass“, so I guess could be the fortran issue, could I have your help? thanks a lot!

Try running some exemplary subroutines that can be found in the documentation. If they don’t work too then proper compiler may not be installed or configured to work with Abaqus.

tried another examplary subroutine, still showing the same error...then should not be the fortran issue.

my linking version: abaqus 2018 + Intel fortran 2019 + VS 2015 and I installed first abaqus, then intel fortran and last vs2015

also the abaqus subroutine verfication shows "pass", now I am really confused...

Have you tried submitting the job from the command line? You have to ensure the Visual Studio environment and Intel Fortran libraries are loaded properly before submitting a job.

[FEA way]

Abaqus 2018 requires Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 and Intel Visual Fortran 16.0 Update 1. Newer and older versions may cause problems. What’s more, Visual Studio must be installed before Intel Visual Fortran. If you installed them in different order then you should reinstall Intel Visual Fortran so that it can detect Visual Studio.
