All,
I am giving a presentation on subsea equipment and wanted to get a very rough estimate of the cost range of individual components. While I recognize it will depend on the specification, number of wells, gas lift/injection etc at a very rough level do these numbers make sense. Lets just assume it is for a 10k psi, in 5000' water, with max flow of 10,000 BPD from each well
Subsea horizontal tree $10-15 mln USD each
4 to 8 well manifold $30-50 mln USD
PLET ~$1-2 mln each
20 meter production or gas jumper ~$0.25-0.75 mln rigid or $0.5-1.5 mln flexible each
UTA ~$2-5 mln
SDU ~$10-20 mln
HFL/EFL ~$0.25 mln each
Surface controls $10-20 mln
Umbilical Steel ~$0.5 mln per km
Installation for all of the above ~$50-100 mln
Any guidance would be much appreciated, you can tell the level of detail I am looking for is pretty rough. Also did I miss any major components?
