Hi
This is my first time designing a small substation.
Being an EE, I am not familiar with structural aspect of it. Eventually, this issue will be handled by a structural engineer but I still want some grip over the issue as being an EE, I might have to give them some possible type of structure to be used.

I am sure, some of you do this stuff on daily basis. Could you advise me a manufacturer that sells pre fab solid steel structures for 69 KV. This is a small substation
69/ 13.8 KV with a 20 MVA T/f.
I was told to use either Aluminium lattice type or pedestal type. But I want to know more info about it.

Also, if you know some literature link, where I can find out designing substation and issues related to substation structures.

Thanks

Check the Distribution System Design section of faq238-1287. In particular the first item in that section.
