Subways - Type LSZH Cable/Raceway

I am being told that type LSZH (low smoke, zero halogen) cable is required within subways? Can anyone provide a code reference to back this up?

My current design calls for THHN/THWN, in RMC. Do I need to specify LSZH cable/raceway instead?

Any insight would be appreciated.

I suspect this is a local building or fire code, probably not NEC. You might try the NFPA forum if you don't get an actual answer here.
