hi there,

what is a suitable fit to satisfy the working condition for:

-Bearing in the Pulley wheel (placed securely, pressed into place using light to medium force, worn bearings have to be replaced periodically)

-Pivot pin in bearing (pullywheel and bearings are to revolve freely with a minimum of play on pivot pin, wire ropes in the pulley grooves may be supporting a load with pulley revolving at medium speed)

-Pivot pin in the pulley Bracket (26x26 long portion of the pivot pin is located in the bracket and the tightening action of the nut and washer restrains the pivot pin from moving axially and rotating.what is a suitable fit to ensure pivot pin is restrained as required, which part will have the (hole) and (shaft) applied to it.

cheers

Check out the online calculators at It will recommend specific fits based on your arrangement and loading conditions and there are other calculators that will translate that ISO fit into real plus/minus tolerances for you.

For the pin I would start with .001" clearance.
