The attached picture seems to be scaled and apparently the height of raft 1500 mm . The top reinf. mesh spacing 100 mm is not suitable for concrete placement .
Instead of reinf. mesh basket ( image 2 ), you may add a quantity of extra reinforcement at least equal to that interrupted by the sump pit added
on the sides of the opening which is common practice.
