We need to buy carbon steel pipes with the following requirements:

Carbon should be equal or less than 0.20%, Carbon Equivalent should be equal or less than 0.40%, and (Cr+Ni+Cu) should be equal or less than 2%.

Is there any other specification you need other than CE and chemistry? This alone shouldn't be too difficult to find. For example, you could get ASTM A106 Grade A or B to this CE level, although you will have to select material based upon chemistry/CE level.

It was my mistake (cr+ni+cu) might be less than 0.2%, not 2%.

We have used A106 GrB but with those requirements, here it is hard to get a supplier
