We need to buy carbon steel pipes with the following requirements:

Carbon should be equal or less than 0.20%, Carbon Equivalent should be equal or less than 0.40%, and (Cr+Ni+Cu) should be equal or less than 2%.

Thank you for correcting me, it was my mistake (cr+ni+cu) might be less than 0.2%, not 2%.
