I'm looking for Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 316 SS FLANGED fittings, specifically 6", 8", and 10" tees and elbows, for a demineralized water system with a system design pressure of 230 psi.

Do such fittings exist? I know welded flanges and valves exist, but I have not seen fittings. Am I limited to only butt weld fittings?

Suppliers in North America would be preferred.

FlowLine ( sells high quality forged fittings and stub flanges in a large choice of materials. I don't think they have flanged fittings per se but you can buy the weld fittings and flanges and weld them together yourself and end up with flanged fittings.

I just checked on some informtion about a process we used that had flanged SS fittings. All the flanged SS fittings were cast, mostly 4" nothing larger than 6". The process is long gone even the sample in metallurgical museum.

Check with Alaskan Copper and Brass; 800-552-7661
What they don't make they can generally find.
