Supports for a 40" pipeline near the seashore

We have a 750 m long pipeline with welded steel "tiles" on its supports. High corrosion is produced in these points. Do you know any other type of support without this problem?.

Sounds like you have a crevice there that stays wet a lot. Figure out some way to keep it dry and your corr. will stop. You also might consider using pieces of sheet zinc or Mg between the pipe and the supports.
 
This is a common problem made worse by thermal movement causing fretting at the contact point. You can buy plastic support pads to go under the pipe but first the pipe has to be lifted and bonded to the pad to keep the water out otherwise you are not going to stop it. you can have ago at doing it yourself by attaching rubber pads to the under side, but if the movement tears the pad then you are back to square 1...checkout industry web pages for these plastic pads
