Hello guys,
I'm trying to simulate a SAW sensor in ANSYS, but I can't get it done and experience some solving problems. I hope you can help me.
I would like to get the frequency response, admittance, deformation etc. but I even fail to simulate the frequency response respectively run the example file successfully.
Here is the PDF which explains a bit what I want to do, see page 14:

So in my opinion the best idea is to use the rebuilt example file (2nd link) for analysis, because the other one produces more errors, also concerning units that I decided to build it again before waisting more time.
