Surface adhesion between phosphated metal surface and Polyester Resin

HI All,

I doing an exercise of surface adhesion property of phosphate passivated surface and polyester resin. During my process the passivation on my metal surface worn out and overwhich i'm using my polyester resin, so can anyone suggest me how to study/calculate this surface adhesion property of this process
